As the VP of Investor Management, Ed's scope of responsibility is the investor data that all the NYLX products are based on. Ed manages the Investor Management and Quality Control areas of the company. These groups ensure that the investor information in NYLX is updated quickly and accurately. He has instituted processes and technology initiatives to ensure that the level of data accuracy remains at the forefront of the industry.

Ed graduated from Fordham University with degrees in Finance and Computer Science. He has been working with Banking technology for over 25 years. For the past 15 years, Ed has worked directly with all facets of mortgage technology. He has served as the CIO of Walsh Securities where he built a wholesale Loan Origination System utilizing the Eastern Software SDK. Additionally, he designed and built multiple back-office systems utilizing Microsoft Access such as post-closing and Secondary Marketing systems.

Ed was also the Regional Operations Manager for the Key Home Equity Services home-office branch, a wholesale subsidiary of Key Bank, USA. Prior to working with NYLX, Ed was the EVP-Implementation with LendingSpace, Inc., a Loan Origination System vendor. His responsibilities beyond managing the company's implementations included industry analysis, managing the implementation of the company's Automated Underwriting engine and overseeing the integration of the Mindbox AUS.
